About the Role

At Agentversity, we’re building the next generation of AI-powered learning. As a Senior Trainer in Generative AI , you won’t just teach—you’ll collaborate with AI agents to design, deliver, and continuously improve cohort-based learning experiences.

You’ll create immersive learning modules on Prompt Engineering, RAG (Vector Databases), Multi-Agent Systems, Evaluations & Guardrails , and help learners build real GenAI applications. Think of this as a Forward Deployed Engineer role for the EdTech world — fast, hands-on, and impact-driven.

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver cohort-based learning experiences in LLMs, RAG, agents, and GenAI fundamentals.
• Collaborate with AI-powered teaching assistants (Agentversity’s in-house agents) to personalize the learner journey.
• Build labs, capstone projects, and live workshops that emphasize real-world problem solving.
• Mentor learners and track progress through data-driven metrics and agent-based feedback loops .
• Contribute to building interactive content, tutorials, and demo apps that make complex GenAI topics simple.
• Stay up to date with emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and research , and integrate them into the curriculum.

Compensation

₹12–24 LPA base + 10–25% variable

ESOP : 0.10–0.50% equity
