We’re looking for a Search Marketing Director who can define strategy, lead execution, and inspire a team to deliver high-performing campaigns across search channels.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute search strategies across G.A., Bing, YT, and other relevant channels.
Align search campaigns with client goals, business objectives, and measurable KPIs.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of search marketing specialists.
Collaborate with creative, content, and data teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Monitor trends, optimize performance, and implement innovative approaches to stay ahead.

What we expect

6–10+ yrs exp. in search marketing, paid search, or perf. mkt leadership (agency or client-side).

Deep knowledge of conv. tracking, bidding strategies, and attribution models.

Proven experience leading teams & managing client rels. at senior level.

Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving.

Comfortable presenting strategies and results to C-level stakeholders.
