About Avoca

Avoca is the all-in-one AI lead-conversion platform for home-service brands. Our technology boosts booking rates, slashes abandonment, and delivers 24 / 7 concierge-level support.

What You’ll Do

40 % Software Development – craft integrations and new features in JavaScript / TypeScript.
60 % AI Management – deploy, monitor, and fine-tune Avoca’s conversational agents for the nation’s largest HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies.
Troubleshoot production issues, own root-cause analysis, and ship fixes fast.
Partner with client stakeholders and Avoca Product to roll out enhancements that raise conversion KPIs.

What Makes You a Fit

Proven knack for debugging & technical support in SaaS environments.

Fluency in JavaScript & TypeScript (Node.js or browser).

Sharp analytical thinking and obsessive attention to detail.

Clear, confident written communication with B2B clients.

B.S. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
