Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller located in Kota. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing detailed information about our financial services, and addressing inquiries. The role also includes maintaining customer databases, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads to generate business opportunities. The Tele Caller will work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Experience in tele-calling, customer service, or telesales
• Basic knowledge of financial and industrial services is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
