Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Network Engineer with 8-10 years of expertise in deploying, maintaining, and optimizing complex network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a deep, hands-on understanding of SD-WAN technologies, with a proven track record in strategic implementation and migration. This role requires a leader who can bridge technology and business goals, mentor team members, and ensure the resilience and security of our global network ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a subject matter expert in designing and implementing company-wide SD-WAN strategies across multiple industries.
• Design, deploy, and maintain robust network infrastructure, including wired and wireless networking, cybersecurity, firewalls, switches, and access points.
• Lead the deployment of migration strategies from legacy WAN to modern SD-WAN solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed high-level and low-level design documents, cut templates, and implementation plans.
• Build and configure on-premise and cloud-based controllers such as vManage, vSmart, and vBond.
• Resolve critical network incidents and troubleshoot complex issues across the infrastructure.
• Mentor and train other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Partner with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve long-range business goals and negotiate strategic partnerships.
