Design Engineer (f / m / d)

Responsibilities

• Support Project-Contracting with administration of order / project related documents, master-data.
• Management and databases (DCTM) with potential to develop further for fulfilling smaller Project orders on demand.
• Work in close collaboration with the Project Contracting Team, (linked to Technical Project- Manager and Design-Engineering) to support the tasks needed.
• Preparation of CRS as a base for clarification of customer comments and support analyzing / evaluating the comments.
• Creating data sheets as per scope of supply.
• Starting of the orders as per procedure
• Receive, store & update database and documents and document support functions.
• Analyze data, ATEX, API datasheet filling.
• Review the status and the data of documents and generating reports based on the status of each document.
• Preparation of schedules and overview lists on demand.
