Job description

We are looking for an experienced Integration & Migration Specialist with a strong background in HRMS systems and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in connecting HR platforms such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or PeopleSoft with modern applications using APIs, connectors, and middleware tools.

You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining seamless data flow across multiple HR and business systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance across integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage end-to-end integration and data migration projects across HRMS platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain API-based integrations, middleware workflows, and Azure connectors.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and functional HR teams to translate process requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Perform system analysis, data mapping, and transformation across on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Ensure data consistency, security, and compliance within HR integrations.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations for performance and reliability.
  • Maintain integration documentation, process flows, and technical specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, preferably in the HRMS domain.
  • Strong understanding of modern HR systems — SAP HCM / SuccessFactors / PeopleSoft / Oracle HCM.
  • Proven technical expertise in .NET framework, MS SQL Server, Azure Logic Apps / Azure Data Factory / Service Bus, and API integrations (REST / SOAP).
  • Hands-on experience with middleware tools, data exchange formats (JSON, XML, CSV), and web services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Good to have :

  • Familiarity with HRMS reporting, payroll integrations and data migration.
  • Exposure to integration platforms.
  • Experience with Power BI or analytics dashboards is a plus.
