Brand and Communication Designer

We’re looking for a Brand & Communication Designer to join our in-house design team at Lenskart.

This is a role for someone who enjoys clear thinking, clean design, and meaningful impact —not just making random posts for the feed.

The Brand & Communication Design Team at Lenskart is a bunch of mindful, detail-oriented people who :

• Care about good ideas and good craft
• Work across branding, campaigns, digital, packaging, and motion
• Partner closely with marketing, tech, fashion consultants, and product teams
• Aim to create simple, strong, and memorable brand experiences

🌈 The Role : Brand & Communication Designer

You’ll help shape how Lenskart looks, feels, and communicates across platforms.

From campaigns to packaging to digital experiences — you’ll be part of it.

🔧 What You’ll Work On

Concept Development

Turn briefs and insights into clear, strong creative routes and campaign ideas.

Art Direction

Define the visual language — moodboards, references, layouts, look & feel.

Campaign Design & Execution

Design end-to-end campaigns across social, web, in-store, and more.

Digital Design

Creatives for Instagram, Facebook, performance ads, emailers, landing pages, etc.

Branding & Packaging

Support brand identity work and create packaging that feels premium and on-brand.

Motion Design

Basic motion / animations for digital, reels, and other formats (or a willingness to learn).

Quality & Consistency

Produce top-tier creative work , stick to brand guidelines , and keep an eye on new media formats and design tools.

⚡ Who You Are

You have 2–5 years of experience in brand / communication / visual design (agency or in-house).

You have a solid portfolio across branding, campaigns, and digital.

You’re comfortable with tools like Figma / Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects is a plus).

You understand basics of typography, grids, colour, and composition .

You enjoy collaborating with copywriters, marketers, fashion / creative teams, and tech.

You’re curious, open to feedback, and like to keep learning new ways of working (including AI tools).
