About the Role

We are looking for a  Sales Manager  to drive  new business acquisition and revenue growth . This role will focus on identifying potential clients, pitching Paywize's fintech solutions, and  closing deals . You will work closely with the  Business Development  and  Marketing teams  to convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients across  fintech, BFSI, startups, and enterprises .
  • Pitch Paywize products (Payout Suite, Collection Suite, APIs, Connected Banking).
  • Manage the  sales pipeline  from lead to closure using CRM tools.
  • Conduct  product demos and presentations  for clients.
  • Negotiate commercials and close contracts within defined timelines.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly  revenue & client acquisition targets .
  • Maintain strong client relationships for upselling and renewals.
  • Work with BD & Marketing to execute  GTM campaigns  and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of  B2B sales experience  (fintech, SaaS, or BFSI preferred).
  • Proven track record of  achieving sales targets  and closing enterprise deals.
  • Strong understanding of  digital payments, UPI, payouts, collections, APIs .
  • Excellent  communication, presentation, and negotiation skills .
  • Ability to work in a  fast-paced, high-growth fintech startup environment .
  • Familiarity with  CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)  is a plus.
