Role Overview

We’re looking for an Associate Manager / Manager – HRBP to lead HR operations and strategy at our JP Nagar Vidyapeeth . The role involves managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle —from hiring and onboarding to engagement, performance, and retention—while aligning people initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee talent acquisition and ensure smooth onboarding & induction.

Manage employee lifecycle activities—documentation, confirmations, transfers & exits.

Implement and monitor the performance appraisal process.

Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

Ensure labor law compliance and adherence to company policies.

Handle employee relations , grievance resolution & disciplinary actions.

Support training & development programs and leadership capability building.

What We’re Looking For

MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.

4–8 years of HR experience , including 2+ years as an HRBP or Regional HR.

Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and stakeholder management.

Proficient in HRMS tools, Excel , and data-driven HR reporting .

Dynamic, people-oriented, and proactive in driving culture initiatives.
