Key Responsibilities : Sales and Promotion : Actively promote and sell travel packages, flights, accommodations, and other travel services to individuals and groups. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs and preferences. Travel Planning and Booking : Assist clients in planning and booking their trips, including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities. Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the travel process. Product Knowledge : Stay informed about travel destinations, products, and services, including pricing, promotions, and availability. Sales Targets : Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals. Supplier Collaboration : Work with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers to secure the best deals for clients. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales, bookings, and client interactions, and provide regular reports. Industry Awareness : Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies. Skills and Qualifications : Sales Experience : Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the travel industry. Customer Service Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Product Knowledge : Strong knowledge of various travel destinations, products, and services.
