Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Dotnet Lead with over 10 years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in .NET technologies, leadership qualities to manage teams, and excellent problem-solving skills to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring best practices in coding and design.
  • Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team performance.
  • Drive initiatives for application performance tuning, scalability, and security.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and introduce relevant tools / frameworks to improve development processes.
  • Support deployment, production issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills :

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API.
  • Expertise in SQL Server (queries, procedures, triggers, performance optimization).
  • Strong knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, and design patterns.
  • Experience in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS for front-end integration.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Exposure to Azure / AWS cloud services.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (Angular / React).
  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
