Consult Atlas Foundation is a mission-driven nonprofit organization helping healthcare entrepreneurs start and scale their businesses. We are now expanding our technology team in Amritsar, Punjab (Work From Office) and looking for talented AI Automation Engineers who are passionate about AI, automation, and building impactful solutions.

📍 Location : Amritsar, Punjab (On-site, Work From Office)

Role Overview

As an Automation Engineer – AI & Workflow Automation , you will design and implement intelligent workflows that streamline document processing, form filling, and compliance-driven tasks. You will work closely with our developers and legal staff to transform manual processes into efficient, AI-powered automation.

• Key Responsibilities Develop and implement automation workflows for data intake, document processing, and digital signing.
• Build AI-driven solutions using LLMs, OCR, and NLP to extract, validate, and structure information.
• Integrate automation scripts and APIs into internal systems for seamless workflows.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and data security in all automation pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, product, and technology) to align automation with real-world processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, testing, and scaling of automation solutions.
• Skills & Qualifications Strong programming skills in Python (Node.js knowledge a plus).
• Experience with AI / ML models, OCR, and NLP tools .
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools or frameworks.
• Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with non-technical teams.
• Experience LevelsJunior Engineers (1–3 years) : Hands-on coding and automation development, eager to learn and grow.
• Senior Engineers (5–7+ years) : Lead design, mentor team members, and own delivery of advanced automation solutions.
