About the Position : Designation : Manager-RPODomain Expertise : ManufacturingJob Location : Chennai (Chengalpattu)Report to : This is a people manager role and position will report to Service Delivery Leader orAVP – RPOWorking Days : 6 days, work from office (Monday to Saturday)Daily & Weekly Responsibilities : - Develop strong and constructive relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, keyHR contacts, as well as across the broader Taggd business.- Gain a sound understanding of the assigned business / s (structure, nature of their work andbusiness challenges faced) to enable anticipation of businesses future recruitment needs,ensure sourcing strategy is aligned with these requirements.- Ensure effective and high-quality regular weekly, monthly and quarterly communication withthe hiring manager community and various key senior business stakeholders, facilitating aconsultative recruitment experience through knowledge and intelligence sharing, as well asaccurate reporting.- Become a key contact point for recruitment, sourcing or strategy queries / issues that arisepertaining to the RPO team.- Actively seek and act on feedback from key stakeholders to drive optimum solutions for bothparties.- Analyze and communicate to client / s and Taggd peer’s recruitment trends, results, andinsights (business unit, client, and external market) to drive future recruitment activity,improve compliance and reduce risk.- Communicate the process and benefits of the solution and Taggd membership to keystakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives / projects, and additional serviceofferings.- Governance and Compliance (Team, Recruiting Numbers, Policy, Process, Procedure)- Extensive experience in Sourcing and hands-on recruiting will be key to this role.- Regular Team / recruiting numbers / SLA’s review.Job Requirements : - Education : Any Graduate / Postgraduate.- Experience : 8+ Years in Search / RPO Firms OR We are open to hiring quick learners whopossess excellent communication skills and have strong zeal to nurture a career in RPOspace.Desired Competencies : - Excellent Written and Oral Communication (Must Have)- Strong experience of hiring for Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Corporate rolespreferably in Steel, mining, chemical industry or agrochemicals, fertilizer,pharmaceutical, petrochemicals & FMCG space (Must Have)- Strong knowledge of professional network and job portals usage (Must Have)- Head Hunting Skills (Must have)- Positive attitude towards work (Must Have)- Experience of engaging specialized, high-skilled, or difficult-to-attract talent.- High target and delivery orientation (Must Have)- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management (ATS), and- Boolean / advanced searches (Must Have
