Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an MEP Modeller with at least 3 years of experience. The MEP Modeller will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines. The role involves developing detailed 3D models, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or Navisworks
• Experience in MEP systems modeling and coordination
• Understanding of construction processes and standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams
• Relevant certifications or training in BIM tools and methodologies (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or a related discipline) is advantageous
