Hiring : Architect / BIM Architect

We are looking for a talented Architect to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare or modify detailed implementation documents and drawings using advanced architectural principles.
• Lead and guide the team in planning work and developing technical / design solutions.
• Review implementation documents prepared by the architectural team.
• Collaborate in preparing project schedules and coordinate with the team to meet deadlines.
• Execute deliverables according to scope, standards, and quality expectations.
• Assist with technical resolution and coordination for assigned project portions.
• Ensure code and zoning requirements are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, public agencies, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare client presentations and present design concepts and drawings.
• Support negotiations on critical project issues.
• Conduct product research and assist in material / system selections.
• Participate in team meetings for project and technical coordination.
• Attend site visits, field reviews, and project meetings; document appropriately.
• Prepare meeting minutes for consultant coordination meetings, if required.
