About Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. HR Recruiter with a proven track record in US Staffing and in-house recruitment.
Complete Candidate Requirements :
- Stable career history : Must demonstrate consistent tenure; frequent job hoppers will not be considered.
- US Staffing experience : Mandatory prior experience working with US Staffing companies and successfully placing candidates in-house.
- Geography restriction : Candidates with recruitment experience in other geographies (APAC, EMEA, domestic India staffing) will not be considered, except those with proven US Staffing exposure.
- Shift flexibility : Only candidates willing to work in the EST shift are eligible.
- Career focus : Candidates currently in US Staffing but seeking to change careers are not acceptable at this time.
- Technical expertise : Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and hands-on use of job portals (Naukri, Monster, Linkedin, & Indeed).
- Talent sourcing skills : Must have demonstrated ability in networking and head-hunting to build strong pipelines of passive and active candidates.
- Recruitment cycle ownership : Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Communication & collaboration : Excellent interpersonal skills to engage candidates and coordinate effectively with HR and leadership teams.
