Job Description

Role & Responsibilities :

Experience in administration and development of Sail Point IIQ

Experience in dealing with customers directly and working in a global delivery model.

Develop and maintain IAM operational documentation, process, and procedures. Participate in the development and maintenance of the IAM workflows that manage the provisioning of entitlements to end users

Identify, document, and develop process improvements for functionality in Identity IQ like access requests for the identity lifecycle including joiner, mover, and leaver processes.

Troubleshoot, and resolve Sail Point Identity IQ-related functional and technical issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Sail Point data administration.

Establish and maintain strong communication and collaboration between technical / engineering, functional, and business teams to ensure applications are successfully onboarded to IAM systems.

Daily monitoring of tasks and system health to maintain application data and application integrations with Sail Point.

Assist in planning, scheduling, and conducting periodic access reviews while working closely with IAM Teams

Customize workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, and certifications.

Participate in internal and external audit activities by gathering and / or coordinating deliverables for necessary evidence and review and maintain documentation for future audits.

Attend meetings and serves as an IAM liaison to the business units, as requested

Experience in implementation, configuration and customization of Identity and Access Management system Sail Point IIQ.

Strong experience in integration of enterprise and logical applications through various connectors.
