❖ Strong knowledge of Indian job market, salary trends, and industry practices.
❖ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
❖ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :
❖ Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.
❖ Handle end-to-end recruitment : Client handling, requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
❖ Build and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, TimesJobs), social media, referrals, and networking.
❖ Manage bulk hiring, niche hiring, leadership hiring, and critical positions within agreed timelines. ❖ Act as a point of contact for clients / hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. ❖ Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to stakeholders.
❖ Track and analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio).
❖ Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and maintain a high candidate experience.
