Position : Recruiter (Junior–Mid Level)
Experience : 5–8 years
Industry Focus : Pharma / Healthcare / Medical Devices
Location : Mumbai (Work from Office – 6 days / week)
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, commercial, and support roles.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various recruitment platforms.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver timely results.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
