Job Summary

We are looking for a details oriented US accounting specialist to join our team. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven settings.

Key Roles and responsibilities

• hands on experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Generate and send invoice based on approved timesheets
• Validate purchase orders, invoices and payment terms.
• Maintain AP and Reconcile AR accounts.
• Ensure timely submission of timesheet for billings.
• Monitor, track and validate employee timesheets for accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
