Job descriptionB.Tech / B.E and MBA / PGDM from a Tier I institute preferred 7 to 12 years of product management experience in an agile development environment Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Understand technology and be willing to learn and get your hands dirty where you don't Proven experience leading teams of PMs and working across multiple product lines or initiatives
Must-have :
Developed a product that helped in Pricing and Analytics, Increasing Top-Line, TAT Reduction, Improving Margins, Scaling Business / Lead Identification, Revenue Generation and increasing ARPU, etc.
What you'll do :
- Own the key metrics for a product and help define clear, measurable goals for the same
- Ideate and build the product roadmap and manage prioritization and tradeoffs
- Communicate and evangelize the roadmap across the organization
- Do user research to generate insights that feed into the roadmap
- Write product requirement documents and ensure clear communication between design, development, and business teams
- Work with engineers and designers to execute on the roadmap
- Monitor and measure the impact of the features being delivered and do course corrections as needed
- Lead and mentor a team of PMs, helping them grow while driving execution excellence
