Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Ghaziabad. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and training and development programs. The role involves ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies, maintaining HR records, and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Manager will also handle conflict resolution, performance appraisals, and strategic workforce planning to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• 5+ years experience in HR, preferably as HR Manager or Senior HR Executive
• Knowledge of Employee Engagement, Training, and Development Strategies
• Strong skills in Conflict Resolution, Performance Management, and Communication
• Understanding of Labor Law Compliance, HR Policies, and Organizational Regulations
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills with the ability to evaluate HR metrics
• Proficiency with HR Management Systems (HRMS) and other related software
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the EPC or construction industry is an advantage
