Position Title : Manager

Location : Pune

We are looking for a Manager with 5+ years of experience in life insurance or general insurance . The role involves conducting branch and regional process audits, identifying risks, and ensuring timely closure of audit recommendations.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct Branch Audits and Regional Process Audits (Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.)

Coordinate with management for smooth audit execution

Identify and report key risks

Close audit recommendations to enhance processes

Perform special investigations when needed

Requirements :

Knowledge of life insurance or general insurance processes

Strong understanding of internal audit practices

Relevant certifications (CIA, CISA, Fellow from Insurance Institute of India preferred)

Excellent communication and analytical skills
