Workshop Instructor Role Overview

We seek passionate individuals to join our team as Workshop Instructors with American accents. You will conduct remote, instructor-led robotics workshops for students during nighttime shifts in India.

Key Responsibilities :

Host interactive, immersive robotics workshops for children aged 7–17
Deliver structured lesson plans through screen share and live demonstrations
Encourage student participation, curiosity, and collaboration
Provide guidance, answer questions, and adapt to student needs on the fly

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree – mandatory

American Accent – mandatory (non-compliance will result in disqualification)

Excellent verbal communication skills

Good interpersonal skills – patient, energetic, and engaging when working with children
