Managed Security Services (MSS) Strategy Lead

The MSS Practice Lead will drive Cloud Kinetics’ Managed Security Services strategy worldwide, establishing a best-in-class cybersecurity managed services organization. This role combines strategic leadership, global delivery management, and technical excellence to strengthen Cloud Kinetics’ position as a trusted Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global vision and roadmap for Managed Security Services across regions.
• Lead global SOC operations, ensuring cohesive delivery of SIEM, MDR, incident response, and threat intelligence services.
• Align MSS services with Cloud Kinetics’ Arcus platform capabilities for integrated cloud security monitoring and automation.
• Drive global delivery excellence, governance, and continuous service improvement.
• Engage with enterprise customers to shape large-scale SecOps strategy, transformation, and compliance posture.
• Partner with hyperscalers and technology vendors to co-develop and scale advanced MSS offerings.
• Lead and mentor multi-location security teams across India, Singapore, and North America.
• Represent Cloud Kinetics as a thought leader in industry forums and contribute to GTM strategy through solution evangelization.
