About the Role :
We are seeking an L2 Support Engineer to join our Salesforce-based support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuration management, release support, and quick resolution of user tickets. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional technical teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of production issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle L2 support tickets and ensure timely issue identification, resolution, and escalation.
- Perform configuration management and system administration activities.
- Support release management cycles, including pre- and post-deployment validations
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline fixes and updates.
- Query databases and troubleshoot issues using Salesforce tools and data models
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions for knowledge management.
Skills & Qualifications :
1–3 years of experience in L2 or application support roles.Proficiency in Salesforce CRM with ability to perform queries across databases.Knowledge of configuration management and release management processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
