Requirements
Roles and responsibilities :
- Create CGI ads.
- Create VFX-based ads.
- Edit short-form videos with a focus on high engagement, retention, and shareability.
- Work with UGC content, turning raw footage into polished, high-performing videos.
- Incorporate hooks, jump cuts, captions, motion graphics, and on-screen text to optimise content for social platforms.
- Optimise videos for different social media platforms, ensuring correct aspect ratios, pacing, and formatting.
- Implement viral trends, memes, and social media best practices into edits.
- Work closely with content creators, marketing teams, and social media managers to transform UGC into compelling branded content.
- Ensure brand consistency while keeping edits fresh, fast-paced, and audience-driven.
Required Skills and Experience :
Must have proven experience in creating CGI, 3D Motion graphics.Must have proven experience editing UGC content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.Strong understanding of video hooks, retention strategies, and storytelling techniques for social media.Ability to create fast-paced, engaging edits that maximise reach and interaction.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar editing software.Experience working with UK or USA-based social media content is highly desirable.A portfolio showcasing high-performing UGC-based short-form edits (must be provided).Understanding of social media algorithms and how to optimise video content for engagement.Desired Skills and Experience :
Colour grading and sound design knowledge.Familiarity with AI tools for editing automation.
