Master Data Management Executive (Male)

Job Summary : OBJECTIVE :

Understand ERP E-Con Packaging Project plan and requirement and manage masters data for selected ERP

Understand Master maintenance process and master parameters to explain to users to maintain the quality data

Purpose of Role

The main focus of this role will be to manage Master data for one time upload to ERP system.

The master data has to be collected from key users from various location, cleansing of master data and restructure the same in the master template given

The primary function of this role is to

Work closely project manager and core business users during ERP implementation.

Ensure all the data has been owned by key users before accepting

Maintain the master data in the template and once it has been tested by uploading, make sure the delta data is also updated in the identical format by maintaining templates version.

Top 4 Accountabilities of this role

Collect and maintain masters in give master template

No master duplication in the template

Every master template must have user ownership till the end of the implementation.

Adhere to ERP project milestones and make available clean masters

Qualifications and Experience Required

Master in Computer Systems.

1 – 1.5 years of experience in ERP in FMCG / Engineering industry. This experience could be Functional or Technical

Any experience in managing Master Data Management will be added advantage
