Onestream Developer

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled OneStream Developer to join our finance technology team. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing OneStream solutions to support financial consolidation, reporting, and planning processes. You’ll work closely with finance, FP&A, and IT teams to ensure high-performing, scalable, and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, build, and deploy OneStream XF solutions for financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Develop and maintain business rules, data integrations, dashboards, cube views, and workflows within OneStream.

Configure and optimize data management processes including data loads, transformations, and validations.

Collaborate with finance teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Support metadata management, security configurations, and system maintenance.

Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide technical support for production environments.

Work with cross-functional teams during design reviews, testing, and deployment phases.

Stay up to date with OneStream product enhancements and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

3+ years of experience in OneStream development and implementation.

Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.

Hands-on experience in :

OneStream Dashboards, Cube Views, Extensible Dimensionality, and Business Rules (VB.NET)

Data Management and Integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)

Workflow design and automation in OneStream

Strong VB.NET and SQL skills for custom business rules and data integrations.

Experience with Excel and Smart View integration.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
