Sales Manager - Testing Services , you will handle the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. You will be a key player in expanding the company's client base in the IT and testing services sector, with a specific focus on the UK, European, and Indian markets. Your role will involve lead qualification, outbound calling, and strategic business development.
Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales : You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals. This includes contacting leads from various sources, qualifying them through emails and platforms like LinkedIn, and making outbound calls to key IT executives.
- Business Development : You will strategically map business problems to identify opportunities across services and product lines. You'll work with delivery teams to effectively articulate these solutions.
- Target Achievement : The role is highly target-driven. You must have a track record of achieving closures with a unit value of $100k - $500k . You should have a 'go-getter' attitude and a passion for closing deals.
- Client Management & Research : You'll identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, conduct research for data cleansing, and maintain data accuracy in the CRM. You should also have experience in 'opportunity mining' to elicit requirements from clients.
- Communication & Collaboration : You'll need excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to articulate business problems and solutions clearly. You'll be expected to work with delivery teams and have strong skills in email articulation, Excel, and PowerPoint.
