Support Hours : (IST daytime with a few hours overlapping PST until 10 AM PST (which is from 2 PM OR 3 PM IST to 11.30 pm IST))

Job Description :

Must have 5-8 years of ServiceNow experience with Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Configuration Management Database (CMD) and IT Service Management (ITSM)

Someone who can configure Service Now, customize and develop reports for setting up processes.

Must have excellent communication and presentation skills

Must have a pleasant attitude, be a team player
