Job Title : Executive / Asst Manager : Business Development– Preschools

Role Overview :

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven BD person to spearhead our preschool onboarding efforts in Hyderabad. This is a field-intensive role focused on generating leads, meeting preschool decision-makers, and closing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and generate leads of preschools across Hyderabad
Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with preschool owners / principals
Pitch MRK’s value proposition confidently and convincingly
Build and maintain strong relationships with preschool stakeholders
Achieve monthly onboarding and closure targets
Provide market feedback to improve offerings and strategy

Requirements :

1–3 years of experience in field sales, BD, or client-facing roles

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong negotiation and closing abilities

Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven

Familiarity with the Hyderabad preschool ecosystem.

Own vehicle for field visits
