Role Description(Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Engineer)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Supervisor located in Kolkata. The role involves managing and overseeing equipment maintenance operations, supervising maintenance activities, and ensuring the effective implementation of preventive maintenance plans. The Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Supervisor will identify and resolve maintenance issues, handle repairs efficiently, and contribute to the optimization of production processes through reliable maintenance practices.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery and equipment

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

Ensure minimal downtime and smooth production operations

Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts

Qualifications & Experience :

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, and Maintenance & Repair.

Experience with Preventive Maintenance and Electrical Maintenance practices.

Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve equipment issues swiftly.

Team leadership or supervisory skills to manage maintenance staff effectively.

Relevant technical qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

Good understanding of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards.
