Manage the overall bancassurance business in the assigned territory through bank branchesLead a team of relationship managers and ensure achievement of individual and team targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key personnel across bank branchesDevelop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goalsConduct regular branch visits and joint customer calls with bank staffProvide product training, sales tools, and motivation to the team and bank partnersEnsure smooth coordination between bank staff and internal stakeholdersAnalyze sales performance and prepare timely MIS / reports for management reviewIdentify new business opportunities and drive expansion of insurance penetrationEnsure compliance with regulatory norms and internal processes across all branchesMonitor customer service levels and work on improving the overall customer experienceEducational Qualifications :
- Graduate (any discipline); MBA preferred
Experience Requirements :
- Minimum 6 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in the bancassurance channel
- At least 2-3 years of team handling experience and bank relationship management
