Outcomes (12 months)

• Accuracy : ≥ 99.9% calc accuracy on priority plans; 0 Sev‑1 payroll misses.
• Speed : New / changed plans from signed design → prod in ≤ 4 weeks; minor CRs in ≤ 3 days.
• Data quality : Automated checks cover ≥95% of inbound records; reject rate trending down quarter over quarter.
