Job Purpose :

The Territory Business Manager (TBM) will drive business performance for the assigned territory by implementing company strategies, ensuring strong customer relationships, monitoring market dynamics, and coaching the field team to achieve targets. The role requires strong execution, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the therapy area.

Core Job & Execution :

• Analyze market data and prepare effective working plans for the territory.
• Ensure strong execution of all company policies, strategies, and action plans.
• Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions.

Team Leadership :

Stakeholder Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, stockists, chemists, retailers, and institutional Collaborate effectively with TBMs, cross-functional teams, and organizational leadership.
