Cloud Application Architect - AWS Services

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Application Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in backend and frontend development, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and modern DevOps practices.

You will play a critical role in architecting business-critical solutions, mentoring teams, and driving continuous Responsibilities :

• Architect, design, and lead the development of enterprise-grade cloud applications using C# .NET for backend and Angular / JavaScript for frontend.
• Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs and microservices architectures optimized for AWS cloud environments.
• Lead cloud infrastructure design and deployment leveraging AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, Glue, EKS, SQS, and SNS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, QA, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Drive best practices for code quality, testing, automation, and CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Terraform.
• Define database architecture and optimize database queries for SQL Server, Sybase, and PostgreSQL environments.
• Lead application security initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Mentor and guide development teams on architectural patterns, coding standards, and cloud-native best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Manage application lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Promote innovation by researching and adopting emerging cloud technologies and tools.
• Handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality and attention to Skills :
• Backend : Strong experience with C# .NET, T-SQL, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.
• Frontend : Proficiency in Angular (version 8 or higher), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.
• Cloud : Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, Glue, EKS, SQS, SNS).
• Databases : Working knowledge of SQL Server, Sybase, PostgreSQL.
• Testing : Experience with MSTest, tSQLt, and behavior-driven development (BDD) tools such as Cucumber and Mocha.
• CI / CD : Skilled in setting up and managing pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
