Job descriptionEnd-to-end implementation of working capital lines for operational efficiency Monitor and optimize the operating cycle, improve receivables and payables management. Prepare Annual Operating Plans (AOP) for 2–3 years. Monitor budget vs. actual performance and drive corrective action plans. Design and implement robust dashboards for real-time financial visibility (margins, receivables, logistics, etc.). Prepare and present Monthly MIS Reports to Board and key stakeholders. Ensure daily / weekly / monthly tracking of key financial and operational KPIs. Lead the monthly / quarterly book closures and external audit process. Consolidate and report financial statements for group entities. Establish strong financial controls across accounting, inventory, accruals, and provisions. Define and enforce collections and payables policies, resulting in improved cash flow and shorter operating cycles. Ensure accurate and timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, PT and other statutory obligations. (CA) / MBA Finance or equivalent. 3–4 years of relevant experience in a startup or fast-paced environment. Proven track record of fundraising (equity & debt). Strong understanding of working capital cycles, financial modeling, and budgeting. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proficient in financial tools, dashboards, and ERP / accounting software. Opportunity to work directly with founders and senior leadership. Job Summary :
