We’re currently looking for : A Container Operations Engineer, you will be part of a skilled global team responsible for deploying, supporting, and maintaining RingCentral’s containerization platforms. Your work will directly impact the stability, scalability, and reliability of the systems powering mission-critical services. Responsibilities :

• Deploy, support, and maintain the company’s Kubernetes clusters (on-premises and AWS EKS)
• Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issues
• Participate in an on-call rotation covering services in India and U.S. regions
• Drive continuous improvements in platform stability, performance, and automation
