THE ROLE

  • We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Expert who balances brand strategy with storytelling.
  • You will manage social media, coordinate shoots, and build a consistent premium digital identity.
  • This is a hands-on creative role for someone who loves fashion and can translate design and craft into strong, meaningful content.

    • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms.
  • Maintain and evolve brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital channels.
  • Plan and coordinate content shoots; liaise with photographers, stylists, models, and production teams.
  • Manage logistics and bookings for campaigns, influencer collaborations, and on-location shoots.
  • Edit and design visual content using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom to ensure a cohesive brand look.
  • Travel as needed for shoot coordination, collection launches, and brand activations.
  • Work with the founder and design team to curate content from daily posts to storytelling-led campaigns.
  • Support influencer and PR outreach with content calendars, press kits, and lookbook assets.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics and refine the digital strategy for growth and resonance.

    • IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or brand management (fashion / luxury preferred).
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, curation, and photography; understands premium brand building.
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom; basic video editing is a plus.
  • Experience in fashion shoot coordination, influencer relations, and campaign planning.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable juggling creative and operational tasks.
  • Willing to travel for shoots, events, and collaborations.
  • Based in Jaipur or ready to relocate for an immersive in-house role.
