Accounts Receivable

Job Summary- Looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist, who will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming payments are received and processed on time and accurately. We are looking for someone who possesses the communication and relationship building skills as that of a Sales professional, while understanding how accounts receivable works from a corporate finance perspective. Freshers are also welcomed, who possess the zeal to learn and make it in the finance world!

Functional skills- The below skills are not a must have, but explain the role in detail :

• Understanding the concept of aging reports, and receivables management
• Ownership of complete process once invoice is generated till the customer accounts are reconciled with bank payments
• Communicating with customers through emails and calls
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries related to customer invoices and payment
• An ability to prioritise and manage expectations
• A keen eye for detail
• An ability to work independently
• The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company
• Understanding basics of finance
• Understanding of GST and TDS calculations in invoices

Required Skills :

• Excellent communication skills – both verbal as well as written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive and result-oriented mindset
