Job Title : Sponsorship Sales Specialist / Partnership Manager

Experience Required : 1-4 years experience in Sponsorship and Event Sales

We are gearing up for the 6th edition of our signature event Funnel Growth Summit (India’s Biggest Funnel & Online Business Event), taking place on March 7, 8, and 9, 2025. This flagship event has attracted a highly valuable audience over the last five editions, with 11,000 in-person attendees and 3,000 virtual participants, all of whom were paid attendees.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify, approach, and secure sponsors for the Funnel Growth Summit.
  • Oversee the entire sponsor acquisition process from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Come up with a personal database and create a new database to identify potential partners and decision-makers.
  • Develop tailored sponsorship packages that meet the needs of potential sponsors.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current sponsors.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for sponsor outreach and engagement.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with sponsors to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify potential sponsors that align with our event's goals and audience.
  • Display a willingness to take the lead in initiating and driving sales opportunities.
  • Take accountability for meeting sponsorship revenue targets and deadlines.

Qualifications Required :

  • 1-4 years of proven experience in securing sponsorship deals, ideally within events or a related field.
  • A strong existing network of corporate contacts and decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple sponsorship sales processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
