Job descriptionProvide L1 / L2 support for Fenergo users, resolving functional and technical queries. Monitor platform performance, coordinate patch releases, and implement configuration changes. Document and maintain knowledge base for common issues and solutions. Liaise with the vendor and internal stakeholders to track and resolve bugs or enhancement requests. Monitor daily trade reporting processes and ensure accurate submissions to relevant Trade Repositories. Investigate and resolve exceptions, rejections, and data quality issues in trade reports. Coordinate with internal operations, compliance, and technology teams to address reporting gaps or regulatory changes. Support reconciliation efforts and audit responses for Dodd-Frank, EMIR, and other regimes as needed. Contribute to ongoing improvements in trade reporting processes, system configuration, and control frameworks. Experience with Fenergo or similar CLM platforms, including implementation and / or production support. Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and ETL tools / processes. Understanding of regulatory trade reporting (e.g., Dodd-Frank, EMIR, SFTR) and related data models. Familiarity with trade lifecycle, financial instruments (especially OTC derivatives), and front-to-back trade capture systems. Ability to troubleshoot application issues across both business and technology layers. Excellent documentation and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline. Experience with Trade Repositories (e.g., DTCC, REGIS-TR) and reporting engines. Knowledge of XML / FPML formats, REST APIs, and integration testing. ITIL certification or experience working in an ITIL-aligned support environment.
Fenergo & Regulatory Reporting Support Engineer

Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Support Engineer to join our team to play a pivotal role in the Fenergo implementation project, with a focus on data migration and post-go-live techno-functional support.
Additionally, this role will be responsible for supporting our regulatory trade reporting platforms, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with Dodd-Frank, EMIR, and other global regulatory obligations.
This is a dynamic role that bridges technical proficiency with regulatory understanding, supporting both the client lifecycle management (CLM) platform and trade reporting infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
Fenergo Implementation & Support :
Implementation Phase (Data Migration) :
- Collaborate with data migration and integration teams to map, transform, and load legacy data into Fenergo.
- Develop and validate ETL routines and data cleansing strategies.
- Execute data quality assurance, reconciliation, and user acceptance testing.
- Align migrated data structures with Fenergo configuration and workflow rules.
Post-Go-Live Phase (Techno-Functional Support) :
