Job Responsibilities :

• Spearhead the strategic planning and execution of talent development initiatives, utilizing advanced Excel skills to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative talent development strategies that align with firmwide objectives.
• Utilize metrics and KPIs to rigorously measure the effectiveness of talent development programs and initiatives.
• Maintain a proactive interest and intermediate understanding of AI's transformative impact on the workforce, strategically leveraging AI tools and approaches to enhance talent development processes and outcomes.
• Facilitate impactful talent development programs by designing and implementing strategic frameworks that promote incremental learning and continuous improvement.
• Tailor development pathways utilizing firm driven certified psychometric tools such as SLTII, DISC, and ILS ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing individual growth.
• Champion diversity, opportunity, and inclusion within the talent development framework, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
