Job descriptionJob Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for on-site service execution, including fault diagnosis of power batteries and energy storage systems, solution output and implementation, maintenance and upkeep, etc; 2. Responsible for arranging work, providing technical support and supervision, submitting and reviewing work orders for service providers within the region; 3. Responsible for on-site support, rework, and repair of large-scale quality issues and emergency events; 4. Front line andremote technical support;
5. Coordinate with quality and project team R&D to confirm agreements and implementation of batch problem handling solutions.
Job requirements :
- 1. Bachelor's degree or above;
- 2. Having 3-10 years of work experience in battery technology and after-sales service;
- 3. The workplace is in India, and English or Hindi can be used as the working language;
- 4. Have good teamwork and communication skills;
5. Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
