Job Summary

As a Chief Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive the companys technological advancements. You will leverage your extensive experience in Java Spring Framework and other technologies to architect robust systems. Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and development of complex systems using Java Spring Boot and other technologies to meet business objectives.
• Oversee the implementation of design patterns to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architectural strategies with business goals.
• Ensure the integration of systems using JSON XML and YAML for seamless data exchange.
• Develop and enforce coding standards and best practices utilizing tools like Maven and GIT.
• Conduct code reviews and testing using JUnit5 to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Optimize system performance and reliability on Linux platforms.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance system capabilities.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to improve development processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management domains.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Monitor and assess the impact of architectural decisions on the companys strategic objectives.
