• Responsible to gather knowledge about the business processes, design current business flows and complications.
• Responsible for configuring SAP system functionality as per business processes and behavior of requirement.
• Involved in gathering and analyzing of the requirement during the design meeting with the key business users.
• Responsible for identifying the requirements of the business and generating. Functional specification, which has involved all the scenarios : As is & To be, Design, Technical spec and Test cases.
• Responsible for explaining requirements to technical team and providing required data to complete the development.
• Responsible for testing the developed functionality and system changes in development and quality environment.
• Responsible for coordinating with key users for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and get it approve.
• Working on solution delivery CR’s & support issues as when needed.
