Role Summary
Manage and oversee housekeeping operations with our prestigious client, ensuring impeccable cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role requires leadership in maintaining high standards, training staff, and coordinating with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Operations
Supervise daily housekeeping activities, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Conduct regular inspections and quality audits across guest rooms and public areas.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient utilization.
Team & Staff Management
Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain operational excellence.
Implement staff schedules and ensure optimal workforce deployment.
Address team concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
Guest & Stakeholder Relations
Ensure prompt and courteous handling of guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping.
Coordinate with front office and other departments for seamless service delivery.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Maintain records of inspections and housekeeping reports.
Key Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years in 5-star luxury properties.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Pleasant personality with professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership abilities in managing large teams and operations.
