Senior Civil Engineer - Environmental

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with 10+ years of experience in civil or environmental engineering. The ideal candidate will be a highly self-motivated and skilled leader with a proven track record of managing projects, mentoring junior staff, and delivering technical solutions. This role requires expertise in both design and project management, with a focus on environmental systems and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Design & Solutions : Lead and support civil or environmental projects, including those focused on earthwork / grading, stormwater, wastewater, remediation, and waste management. You will perform complex calculations using industry-standard tools and software and will be responsible for the design of environmental systems and facilities.
• Team Leadership : Provide leadership by directing and reviewing the work of junior engineering staff. You will also train and mentor team members, helping to develop their skills and ensuring the quality of all project deliverables.
• Project Management : Take on project management duties, including developing and executing project scope, budget, and schedule. You will be responsible for meeting client expectations and ensuring the overall success of the project.
• Client Relations : Develop new and maintain existing client relationships. You will also prepare reports, studies, and cost estimates to help clients evaluate their options and present solutions through internal and external oral presentations.
